Question

I am a technical writer for a large hospital system who has been given the task of finding a solution to better communicating with end users about various IT software applications. I am attempting to use TWiki VMware Virtual Machine (TWiki VM 4.0.4) to test out my theory for providing better communication. I want to use TWiki as a database for project managers to enter pertinent information on individual project webs. I then want to enable RSS feeds from the various project manager webs. Finally, I want the RSS feeds to be directed to Widgets on the end users' desktops. After researching this, I think it's possible. I just need to figure out how to do it and I could use some help.

Can you tell me how to install the RSS feed onto the individual webs?

Can what I want to do be done? Thank you in advance for your help!

You do not need to install anything, you can point your users to the WebRss page in every TWiki web. For example, the URL for this Sandbox web is http://www.twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/Support/WebRss (there is also a WebAtom if needed.)
