Question

I have possibly a multipart question.

I have the following text: ÉlecÁpple but the way I have TWiki setup it does nto recognize it as a wikiword. Also, if I do ÉlecÁpple the link is not UTF8 encoded.

My settings are as follows:

{UseLocale} - Checked

{Site}{LocaleRegexes} - Checked

{Site}{CharSet} - Empty

Any idea what I need to do?

Environment

TWiki version: TWikiRelease04x00x00
TWiki plugins: DefaultPlugin, EmptyPlugin, InterwikiPlugin
Server OS: WIndows XP
Web server: Apache 1.3
Perl version: 5.8
Client OS: Windows XP
Web Browser: FireFox
Categories: Internationalisation

Note that UnicodeSupport is not yet implemented, so you should use UTF-8 only for sites that mostly use a non-Roman alphabetic language, e.g. Chinese, Japanese, Korean. Or you can just use explicit links of course...
