Question

This TLA : RCS is magically linked, as if I typed [[RCS]].

Is that right? It almost seems to imply that WikiWords are now allowed to have no lowercase letters in them!?

Answer

This is most likely due to a cunning little bit of code that matches TLAs and links them. The RE for what gets matched is:

[\s\(][:upper:]{3,}

Hmmm. Interesting. Wonder what happens if I type RCSisnasty - oh dear, that really shouldn't link. See TLAbehaviourIsOdd

Thanks for the answer. I entirely approve of this functionality (minus TLAbehaviourIsOdd quirks) ... nice if it was documented though
