Question

Were HierarchicallyNestedTwikiWebs ever implemented in the core Twiki? I've been reading the docs, etc., searching around for a little over an hour, and can't figure it out. Also, are there any instructions on how to create them? (I.e. if I have Root.Web1, how to create Root.Web1.Web2?)

Thanks! -Bill

No, hierarchical webs were never implemented in the core TWiki system. Personally I don't think it ever will be, but as you mention there are talks about how to add such a functionality.

I haven't tried it myself though, I like the flat style. I can't offer you any directions.

Hierarchical webs raise the complexity considerably without bringing much benefit and are not Wiki-like. Possibly LogicallyNestedWebs will be implemented at some point.
