Question

We're unable to register new users or update existing user's passwords. The initial Resistration form is filled out. After clicking the Submit button a server error 500 is displayed.

The Apache error log shows: [Tue Apr 29 16:36:34 2008] [error] [client 165.184.62.36] Premature end of script headers: register, referer: http://10.237.17.200/twiki/bin/view/TWiki/TWikiRegistration [Tue Apr 29 16:36:40 2008] [error] [client 165.184.62.36] Premature end of script headers: register

Any ideas?

Have you checked that the user TWikiRegistrationAgent has permission to update the TWikiUsers topic?

I have the following line at the bottom of the page. I'm guessing this would do it, right? "* Set ALLOWTOPICCHANGE = TWikiAdminGroup, TWikiRegistrationAgent"

This was resolved by uninstalling and re-installing PERL
