Question

How to get admin rights for a particular user? when I am trying to login in "internal admin login" in which we need to specify the suername as the one which is present in the page and the password as the one which we have specified while we are configuring it is giving as "Unrecognised user and/or password "..Could you Please let me know how to proceed further?
