Got a patch from WadeTurland?.(GenPDF?_pm-twiki-dakar.patch) Now recursive feature work sagain in Dakar! see GenPDFAddOnDev

I re-released the plugin updated for TWiki-4. I also added PDF output to PublishContrib as an alternative.
