Question

I have a question on making a form with multiple column values. For ex.

Name	type	size	values	values
task1	select	1	pass,fail	yes, no

| task2 ..etc

I can only get a 1 column of selectable values in my form. Is there a way to have more than 1 column of inputs per row? Thanks.
