Question

Somehow I erased the TWikiRegistration page content and have since been unable to replace it / fix it.

Answer

is it not visible via the page history links? (r1.1 r1.2 r1.3 etc..)

1. Go back to the last good revision,
2. add &raw=on to the url in the address bar,
3. copy the text,
4. edit the current revision,
5. paste and save.

Alternatively, you could always just go back to the original source archive and extract data/TWiki/TWikiRegistration.txt (or data/TWiki/TWikiRegistrationPub.txt depending on which one you were using).
