  • ClosedUnanswered - not fully answered, or no longer relevant
  • MyRecentQuestions - my recent questions and answers
  • SupportFAQs - selected questions that are asked frequently

• WebForm - defines the form
  • WebPreferences - has
    • WEBFORMS setting - listing WebForm
    • SUPPORTCATEGORIES setting - for EDITCELL in WebTopicEditTemplate
    • STATUS_REMINDER setting - red text in WebTopicEditTemplate
  • WebTopicEditTemplate - template for new questions
    • Attach the WebForm to WebTopicEditTemplate
  • The CommentPlugin wants to use a Support web specific template. Place the UserCommentsTemplate#Query_in_Support_web's PROMPT:supportquery template and OUTPUT:supportquery template into your own TWiki.CommentPluginTemplate.
