Question

Hey all-

So I've been trying to get TCAO to get going and the install went beautifully. I installed all of the required dependencies and used the TCAO installation script to unpack the zip file. I followed the setup instructions to add the TCAO settings into the TWikiPreferences Web.

However, whenever I try to enable a web for TCAO, the TopicClassification topic the system creates in the enabled web is completely empty. It is almost as if the script is trying to use a template that doesn't exist...

Any ideas? Thanks a ton! -Jonathan

Answer

ALERT! If you answer a question - or have a question you asked answered by someone - please remember to edit the page and set the status to answered. The status is in a drop-down list below the edit box.

So I think I've found the issue.

In the TopicClassifcationAddOn setup section it suggests adding %TMPL:INCLUDE{"TCAO.TCAOComments"}% to the UserCommentsTemplate. Unfortunately, TCAO.TCAOComments doesn't exist, but TCAOCommentsPlugin does. I swapped the topic names and am back in business!

Thanks- Jonathan
