Question
I recently setup TWiki on my server but am having trouble getting the email working right. I had a user register and I recieved their confirmation email instead of them. Here's the email headers:

Answer
Email always gets CCed to the administrator, so the real question is why it isn't getting to the user. Check the Apache error logs for any mail related error messages at time of registration, as mentioned in
SupportGuidelines.
