Question
When I'm adding a new page tot the wiki all goes well.
When editing the just added page, no problem occurs.
If however I try to edit one of the default installed pages or if I try to edit a page that was created before, the page gets saved, but the versionfile doesn't get updated.
Twiki gives me the following immediately:
Error saving topic
During save of
MaxWesten an error was found by the version control system. Please notify your TWiki administrator.
/usr/bin/ci -m%COMMENT|U% -t-none -w%USERNAME|S% -u %FILENAME|F% of .../Main/MaxWesten.txt failed: 1
Go back in your browser and save your changes locally.
The rights and owners are all the same, so I'm not sure where to look next.
Any help appreciated.

Answer
If you answer a question - or have a question you asked answered by someone - please remember to edit the page and set the status to answered. The status is in a drop-down list below the edit box.
Are those files from an older TWiki installation? If so they need to be
RCS-unlocked. See
TWikiUpgradeGuide#Copy_your_old_webs_to_new_TWiki

Peter, The files are from a fresh 4.2 install. I really don't have a clue right now....
