Question

This is probably a quicky:

A person who is not allowed to change a topic is also not allowed to rename it, yes? This is the intended and expected behaviour, isn't it?

(It works this way, but the error message is garbage. Before I open a new bug report, I want to make sure that I understand the design correctly.)

yes, I would define rename as a change - hopefully Peter can confirm..

I think that is the inteded behaviour. Please file a bug if not.
