Answer

ALERT! If you answer a question - or have a question you asked answered by someone - please remember to edit the page and set the status to answered. The status is in a drop-down list below the edit box.

Under the "more topic actions" should be a rename and a delete action. Delete actually moves the topic to the Trash web. You can then have a cron job archive and delete the topics or have an administrator do it.

Don't your users have those options available?

Oh.. and for attachments. When you click the "manage" link on an attachment, there should be a "move or delete" link in the lower right corner of the resulting page. That's what moves the attachments to the TrashAttachment topic.

Thank you george for you reply, but I have tried that option and it says: "Access check on Main.Resources failed. Action "rename": access not allowed on web" and only administrator user can do that option. Do you know why ? Do i Have to give rename web page permissions to all users to be able to delete files ?

Actually, yes. In TWiki, deleting just moves the files (as George already wrote), and unfortunately "moving" is, in a unixly-technical sense, the same as a RENAME operation.
