Question

ChildTopicTemplatePlugin doesn't seem to substitute links when using the latest version of TWiki.

TWiki plugins: DefaultPlugin, EmptyPlugin, InterwikiPlugin, ChildTopicTemplatePlugin

this might be related to a KnownIssuesOfTWiki04x00x00; i'd recommend that you upgrade to TWikiRelease04x00x02
