Question

I've just set up a server with a Twiki on it. Seems to be working fine so far. But this server is pretty much just for testing. Actual deployment will be on a different server. Is it possible to move one or more webs from one server to another? If so, how?

Environment

TWiki version: TWikiRelease04x01x02
TWiki plugins: DefaultPlugin, EmptyPlugin, InterwikiPlugin
Server OS: ClarkConnect 4.1
Web server: Apache
Perl version:
Client OS:
Web Browser:
Categories: Hosting, Deployment

Answer

ALERT! If you answer a question - or have a question you asked answered by someone - please remember to edit the page and set the status to answered. The status is in a drop-down list below the edit box.

To move webs, just move the two directories containing the data: one directory in data (for the topics) and one in pub (for the attachments), both named like the web itself.
