Question

Hi i have a question about how to configure a banner and header on GenPDFAddOn!! The banner problem is it, after pdf generate, don't appears!!!!!! The header... don't work fine... never fix one place! When i define header e footer and set duplex true, have somes pages get header on the left and some pages appears on the right but i set <-- HEADERS LEFT "BLABLA"-->! but the footer appears fine with out problem!!! now i cut the headers i put just the footer and work fine! I set in GenPDFAddOn configure on TWiki/TWikiPreferences like the GenPDF plugin tell me look my configure in TWikiPreferences:

• Set GENPDFADDON_TOCLEVELS = 0
  
• Set GENPDFADDON_BANNER = GenPDFCapa
  
• Set GENPDFADDON_HEADERTOPIC = GenPDFHeaderTopic
  

in GenPDFCapa have:
