Question

I see that the AttrsContrib says it has been rolled into the TWiki 4 release, but I recently installed MacrosPlugin as it was required by FormQueryPlugin for some features to work.

However, MacrosPlugin complained about not having the AttrsContrib installed - gigabyters of messages in the warnings file, which filled up our server. The messages have gone away now I've installed the contrib package, but do I have two versions of the contrib? Is the MacrosPlugin out of date?

Environment

TWiki version: unspecified
TWiki plugins: DefaultPlugin, EmptyPlugin, InterwikiPlugin
Server OS: Gentoo
Web server: Apache 2
Perl version: 5.8
Client OS: XP
Web Browser: Firefox
Categories: Contributing code, Plugins

The short answer is yes, the plugin is out of date. I really ought to obsolete it. I recommend people these days to use DBCachePlugin and friends.
