Question

After we updated from version 4.1.2 to 4.2.0 the Who listed in the Attachment tables says MainGregWoods instead of GregWoods.

All plugins were updated at time of writing this. Upgrade was performed according the the update instructions on twiki.org. The pages in question are located in webs that were copied over from the old install.
