What is the name of the uplaoded file? It looks like you have spaces in the filename
AP Bio Dissolved Oxygen Lab 02.cmbl. The default TWiki removes spaces when uploading files. Did you change the
{NameFilter} in configure. TWiki does not support spaces in filenames.

I originally uploaded the file 'AP+Bio+Dissolved+Oxygen+Lab+02.cmbl' (i.e. no spaces; plus signs instead). It's on the file system with pluses and the attachment viewer shows it with plus signs, but the delete page shows with spaces. That is, looks like it's treating the pluses as spaces. Encoding problem?

Yep, yet another bug, unfortunately. I can't delete the attached file. Tracked in
Bugs:Item3623.
