Question

Hello,

i am running TWiki 4.2.2. I was trying to install the Approval Plugin manually. But i got the message: Fetching the archive of TWiki::Plugins::AprovalPlugin. Failed to download Approval Plugin archive. Can't connect to twiki.org:80 .....

I thought this is a manual installation by the perl script. What happens here?

Can you access pages on twiki.org with your browser? Your IP address might be banned.
