Question

Hi,

I hope someone can help me or shed some light

I have gone through most of the authentication/ authrization/ identification topics, and am still no closer to achiving what I want.

I have a selected usergroup e.g. Developers, how do I lockdown TWiki so that only that usergroup can access the Internal TWiki site i.e Force everyone in the Developers usergroup to register, but if someone from Finance was to register they are rejected?

I have looked at LDAP and NTLM as possible solutions, is such a thing possible? If so how would I begin going about it?

Environment

TWiki version: TWikiRelease04x01x02
TWiki plugins: DefaultPlugin, EmptyPlugin, InterwikiPlugin
Server OS: Windows Server 2003
Web server: Apache
Perl version: 5.7
Client OS: Windows XP SP2
Web Browser: IE7
Categories: Registration, Authentication, Security, Authorisation
