Question
Dear support team,
I'm a newbie TWiki user and after the
ActionTrackerPlugin was installed I can't save the edits of any topic. It brings me to the "Cannot display" standard page if I click on the "save" button. If I go back and try again, then it says that the "invalid parameters" were passed to the save script.
Also, theres the following error that appears on
InstalledPlugins:
"TWiki detected an internal error - please check your TWiki logs and webserver logs for more information.
Can't locate Timepath in
@INC (
@INC contains: path path-linux-thread-multi/ path path path . path path path path path path path path)"
Thank you very much for your time,
Environment

Answer
If you answer a question - or someone answered one of your questions - please remember to edit the page and set the status to answered. The status selector is below the edit box.
You appear to be missing a perl module. Can you save any topics usig the normal edit? Is it only action tracker that fails? What messages are printed in the apache logfile?

Looks like you need to use CPAN to install Time::ParseDate. The action tracker depends on this module.
perl -MCPAN -e shell
and then
install Time::ParseDate
--
CrawfordCurrie - 28 Nov 2006
find ./ -name "ActionTracker*.pm" -exec grep -Hi "Time::" {} \;
Returns
-
./lib/TWiki/Plugins/ActionTrackerPlugin.pm
- require Time::ParseDate;

I had the same problem with the Debian install, I followed the instructions here but could not get the cpan function working. I think it couldn't locate the mirrors or couldn't ftp for some reason. I did have the firewall off but with my limited expertise I couldn't sort it out. I ended up downloading the module manually and installing as per 'Installing CPAN modules' at the CPAN site and that worked ok. Regards
