Feedback on TestlinkQueryPlugin

Thank you Marko for sharing yet another plugin! Very much appreciated!

Some feedback:

• The heading levels were off a bit, I fixed it in the plugin topic, feel free to take this into the next release.
• I changed the SHORTDESCRIPTION top be short and descriptive.
• Consolidate two setting sections into one.
• Use Interwiki links for plugins that are unlikely installed on target system, hence TWiki:Plugins/BugzillaQueryPlugin.
• How about measuring and documenting the PluginBenchmarks?
