Feedback on SvnPlugin

Thank you Vasek for sharing this plugin with the TWikiCommunity!

• I made some minor changes to the plugin topic, please feel free to take this into the next release.
• I attached a zip version of the package. This is needed since the PluginPackage topic and other query topics link directly to the zip file.
• How about measuring and documenting the PluginBenchmarks numbers?

And how about checking it in under subversion? Seems strange to have a subversion plugin that isn't developed using subversion....

Note that there are a couple scripts that do similar work on the develop.twiki.org server using svnlook, though they are specific to tracking TWiki bugs. You can find them in tools/develop in a subversion checkout.
