Feedback on RollupPlugin

Short initial disclaimer. Due to a non-existent previous experience of Perl there is certainly room for improvements. I would rather have used a object structure where a Iteration has Stories and Tasks, and Stories has Tasks. However I found the Perl syntax for using objects quite confusing to say the least so I went with the easiest solution.

Version 1.1 holds a lot of new functionality. It is still one big file, any extra development should really break it into smaller files.

The SHORTDESCRIPTION setting is missing. I added it to the Plugin topic so that the description shows up in the Plugins home, but it should be done also in the package itself.
