Idea: LegalAgreementPlugin

Has anybody ever thought of (or had the need for) a plug-in that would facilitate the signature of legal agreements between multiple parties ?

Requirements

Add & change as you see fit :

• allow modifications of the legal agreement during negotiation periods
• capture the details of involved parties (John Doe, located at ___, with phone number ___, hereinafter known as ____)
• assemble the agreement, with above data included
• facilitate the involved parties to "sign" the agreement
• freeze modifications of the signed copy once the first and/or last party has signed it
• facilitate modifications & amendments to the active agreement
