Development discussion for GNATSQueryPlugin

Plugin developed in order to further integrate GNATS with TWiki. Really a simple way to call the query-pr tool from any topic.

What is the hardcoded URL = https://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/GNATSQueryPlugin setting? (notice the https.

How about measuring and documenting the PluginBenchmarks?

Plugin performance updated.. Additional handy features might be:

• a way to specify a time frame for the query, e.g. "show me all BRs with a certain category but only in the last 7 days"
• limit the set of results to some maximum value
