Open Country - http://www.opencountry.org - is using TWiki both for it's "corporate eidetic memory" and as a means of providing support and collaboration areas for open source development efforts.
Each product available from Open Country gets its own TWiki-web, and open source initiatives needing a place to collaborate may also have webs (email pbr@opencountryPLEASENOSPAM.org with details of the initiative if you wish to host it on our site)
