Wow! In TWiki everybody can use CSS directly within a topic or at least attach style.css to a topic and use it in the skin.

Actually, just making the CSS editable in a TWiki topic would make a big difference. I'm talking about making things obvious; this would help MakingSkinsMoreMaintainable

There is a half-baken solution for editing css in a topic, but I'm about to drop it. See UsingTopicToDefineCSS.
