VoodooPad is an award winning commercial application for MacOS X that lets you maintain a local Wiki, including drawings. It also lets you edit web-based Wikis that provide a suitable XmlRpc API. Looks quite usable so it's interesting from that point of view, as well as a possible desktop editor client for TWiki.
