Bug: The error message of exceeding the file size limit is buggy

When uploading a large file (100K), I get:

Uploaded file is too big
Uploaded file File exceeds size limit exceeds limit of appl1.png KB

Test case

ATTACHFILESIZELIMIT set to 50 (default). Uploading a file of 100. PNG file tested.

Environment

Latest alpha from CVS. UI modules installed.
