Bug: The "To:" line is too long for some SMTP servers

TWiki expands all subscribed users of a WebNotify to one "To:" line. This line can get very long if there are many subscribed users as it is the case here in the Codev web. Some SMTP servers might have a problem with this, and it is probably violating a RFC rule.

Test case

Starting from last Friday the Codev notification to my home e-mail address stopped working, but it still arrived at work. Other webs are OK.

Environment

TWiki version: Alpha, TWiki.org
TWiki plugins: N/A
Server OS: N/A
Web server: N/A
Perl version: N/A
Client OS: N/A
Web Browser: N/A

Follow up

Fix record

Changed CVS:lib/TWiki/Net.pm to split up long "From", "To", "CC", "BCC" lines into several lines with leading spaces.

In TWikiAlphaRelease and TWiki.org. Lets see tomorrow if it is fixed.
