Bug: Although they work perfectly, testenv cannot find the search commands.
Test case
- Install TWikiRelease02Sep2004 following WindowsModPerlInstallCookbook.
- execute testenv, it complains about $lsCmd, $egrepcmd and $fgrepcmd not found.
- Hovever WebIndex and WebSearch function perfectly.
