As it is customary for logos to point back to the originating site, I believe this should be altered.

due to the changes for LogoPerWeb, this is no longer necessary. in fact, the only place WIKILOGOIMG et al are used anymore is when it is actually a link to twiki.org (like on TWiki.WebHome and Main.WebHome), whereas the logo in the top-left corner now directs the user to the %HOMETOPIC% for the web.
