Feature Proposal: Recover a previous version of an attachment

Motivation

Previous versions of a topic can now be requested from 'more topic actions'. Could the same functionality be applied for attachments

Description and Documentation

Example: a user uploads a graph or picture to his topic regularly. The user makes a mistake and wishes to revert back to the previous version.
