Motivation

DropzoneJSSkin has been proven functional with the upload script as it is.

Description and Documentation

Integrate DropzoneJSSkin to PatternSkin so that you don't have to set SKIN to use the drag and drop feature. For the time being DropzoneJSSkin is kept for users who cannot update PatternSkin or users who want to try the drag and drop feature out before fully on board.

Currently, the upload script code has lines added for DragAndDropAttach, which will become unneeded, hence will be removed.

Just in case users want to disable the drag and drop feature on a supported browser, DROPZONEJS_DISABLE variable is introduced. If it's on, the attach page doesn't have the drag and drop feature regardless of browser.

Discussion

Sounds. Keep in mind though that maintaining two code bases (drag&drop feature in DropzoneJSSkin and PatternSkin) is a bit more work.

Sure. Hopefully that won't last long.
