Feature Proposal: MailInContrib Notify with Tags

Motivation

Topic notification would be useful interacting with TagMePlugin? Instead of only accepting wildcards, let me subscribe to pages that are tagged a certain way...

Interesting idea. I think the first step would be for the TagMePlugin to publish an API that allowed other extensions to access its data.

Another more flexible approach, would be for us to work out a plugable way to add to SEARCH, and for ResultSets to be that API. (ok, thats a 5.0 proposal )
