I'd like to see more technical information about how plugins are used by TWiki.

When is a plugin called - at what part of TWiki's processing cycle?

How much of a request can a plugin handle?

How does it signal that it has a complete response and no further processing is needed?

IOW, a more detailed update of the TWikiPlugins API and plugin creation docs. There's not much there now, but it looks like the essential info for developing plugins is there. I'll ask about your questions and updating. Meanwhile, the Plugins are apparently a looser effort than TWiki core code, as Andrea's Plugins welcome still stands:

Lasciate ogni speranza, voi ch'entrate!
"Abandon all hope, ye who enter here"
