Agree, this will make interfacing add ons easier. The
lock script, to be used by add on programs to explicitly lock and unlock a topic. Proposed usage: topiclock/Web/TopicName?lock=on (to lock), topiclock/Web/TopicName?unlock=on (to unlock).
