1. TWiki-5.1 Release Coordination

• Desired outcome: Post mortem (if release done), else set final release date

• Release date set for 2011-08-07
• Possibly delayed by one week, depending on progress of BackupRestorePlugin
• Decide by Wed if to delay
• Translations: 5 language updates are done, PTh to ping pending translators

2. Feature Requests for Istanbul Release

• Desired outcome: Discuss and decide on pending feature request that need attention
• See TWikiFeatureProposals

• RollbackAttachmentVersion:
  • Peter Jones posted on 2011-07-18, two days after code freeze
  • Code is based on TWiki-4.3, not on trunk
  • More work involved in porting and testing on trunk because feature is not posted as diff
  • Timothe has some questions posted on proposal topic
  • Decided to not take it into TWiki-5.0.0 release

• ConfigureSupportForTaskFramework:
  • Timothe Litt posted on 2011-07-27, ten days after code freeze
  • Should be very low risk - the code has been running in Timothe's development environment for several months
  • Patch provided against trunk
  • Decided to accept this into TWiki-5.0.0 release

3. Review Urgent and Not So Urgent Bugs

• Desired outcome: Identify must fixes

• TWikibug:Item6776 - WYSIWYG initial UNDO reveals TML
  • Reported by Timothe
  • Decided that this is not a release blocker, but would be nice to fix. PTh to ask for owner
