This is actually a pretty good tool.

1. Install it
2. View | Toolbars | Developer Toolbar
3. Click the View DOM button
4. Click the Find | Select Element by Click button
5. Mouse around the screen. The different Divs will highlight.
6. Click on a DIV. It will show in the DOM
7. The right bottom window shows the values in effect for the selected DIV
8. The middle bottom window shows an area where you can override the current values.
