1. Review Urgent Bugs

2. Helsinki Release Post Mortem

• Desired outcome: Review and refine release process

• Good: Reducing review period from 2 weeks to one week
• Good: 5 fold increase on commits compared to early last year
• Good: Seems like stable release for a x.0.0
• Needs improve: Recruiting more open source developers (good thing is that we have an upward trend here as well)
• Needs improve: Focus on unit tests
• Idea: We should enable daily or weekly build process, name them TWiki-5.0.0-beta20100510 or the like
• Idea: Re-introduce automated unit tests, alert only for failed test cases

3. Code Name for Next Release

• Desired outcome: Decide on codename for next release (5.1 or 6.0)

• Proposed: IstanbulRelease (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Istanbul)

• Decided in release meeting: IstanbulRelease
