1. TWiki 4.3.2 Patch Release

• Desired outcome: Agree on action items and release timing

• Dates:
  • 2009-08-27 - rc1
  • 2009-09-02 - production release

2. Download Page Redesign

• Desired outcome: Agree on new layout

• MilindPansare proposed to redesign the DownloadTWiki page with these objectives:
  1. We should, as the twiki.org community, have a much better picture of who's downloading and using twiki ?
  2. We should continue to safeguard privacy for those who do not wish to be identified
  3. We should have a relatively frictionless download of the community developed twiki
  4. We need to also balance in when users should use the certified twiki subscription from twiki.net versus the community free version
• Peter's input: From company perspective we'd like to ask community to get some more prominent coverage on the download page, to make it easier for commercially minded people to find twiki.net products. In return, more business for twi.netki means more support for the community, e.g. the company is able to contribute more back and to sponsor consultants to work on new features and bug fixes.
• Task: Create proposal page in Codev web to discuss and decide.
