Search Engine Enable the Bugs Web

ExtensionsDevHeader shows that using the bugs web for all plugins is blocked by the fact that the bugs web is not indexed by search engines such as google.

What needs to be done to make it searchable?

Right; I turned it off, because the robots that do the indexing were beating up the server. I thought it was more important for us to have a reasonably fast server, than to allow the world to index it.
