A bit more flexibility in the presentation of InterWikis links would be useful. For example, it would be handy to turn MoinMoin:FrontPage into Python-based wiki, by writing [[MoinMoin:FrontPage Python-based wiki]] (by analogy with the EasierExternalLinking format).

MoinMoin also puts separate icons in front of InterWikis links and non-InterWikis external links - these can be useful, though they should definitely be configurable 'off' since they can interrupt the flow of reading.

Another aspect of this is to provide a different rendering of the Alias part of the InterWikis link - e.g. put the Alias in italics or put the rest of the link in bold, as PhpWiki does (see PhpWiki:InterWiki for examples).

Any comments?
