Translation of TWiki-Documentation

Steps to be taken

• involve translators
• choose most important documents
• check the state of original documentation and if necessary streamline it before translation starts
• translate documents with TopicTranslationsPlugin and possibly extend functionality
• evaluate experiences and go on with translation

I would start with essential user-documentation topics and then go on until the core documentation is covered. We will not have an optimized process and tool support from the start but with TopicTranslationsPlugin we can simply begin and improve over time.

Regarding the essential user-documentation topics, I would like to know your opinion on the list you can see at SpanishTranslation. I have not implemented TopicTranslationsPlugin yet. I will have a look at it to see how it works because up to now I have not figured out what has to be included in the translated topics.
