Documentation Proposal: Delete lease and lock files while upgrading

Motivation

Strange errors with attaching files and with edittable plugin.

Description

When upgrading manualy from Cairo to Dakar (beta) release, I've transfer a web as a whole from Cairo to Dakar Twiki directory, including lock and lease files. EditTable plugin and attaching files doesn't work anymore spilling out strange errors until I delete them.

Implementation

Any comments on how the documentation is written or could be improved

Just a point in Reference manual, that when upgrading, the lock and lease files have to be erased from importing webs.
