Therefore, features that appear on BeijingRelease(r1.84) at less than 50% complete across spec, code and documentation are marked and now appear as candidares for the CairoRelease.

A side-purpose of this exercise is to test the state of readiness for each of the features as I suspect the completion status on the BeijingRelease may not be entirely up-to-date.
